However, during my tenure, I encountered several challenges. Even for annual employee outings, we were not permitted to attend, with the reasoning that we were hired to work and not for leisure. The workload was often overwhelming, and there was minimal support, which led to physical strain and impacted my health. I developed significant issues with my cervical and lumbar regions due to the high demands and long working hours.
