Pros : Friendly staff, approachable coordinators, students are all very sweet, manageable hours, good campus in a good location, no issues when it comes to taking leave, good work atmosphere.

Dislikes

Cons : Chaotic working style, poor communication, additional duties will be piled on unnecessarily, repetitive work, lack of resources and infrastructure, does not have a highly professional approach, lack of trust in staff from management, no willingness to change or upgrade, poor teacher training record, extremely low compensation, no benefits, no canteen.

Work Details

It is a good school for freshers looking to join for experience or for an experienced teacher looking for a non-stressful and steady job. If you are looking for growth then this is not the place.
