Very good teamwork. The Seniors help the juniors every way. Training on wider subjects provided by HR. Most of the staff has been given opportunity to work & climb the promotional ladder fast. Salary is at par with the market standards. Appraisal system is very fair & square. Travelling all around the country for the most of the B.D. staff provided as it is very important part. Job Security depends on market situation & no one can help including Hiranandani Group. Govt. changes the rules & regulations only to suit them & extract the builders left, right & center. If this approach continues by govt. than building industry will die & along with many other ancillary industries will also parish. Work- Life experience was best but I feel sport activities were still low.

My work was to redevelop a private society. But as I told earlier, govt. rules change very often & estimated profit by builder never remains same, i mean generally reduces. This makes builder unhappy & staff working for the same also get affected.

The company is open minded & innovative. I love the very fact that I was the part of team which achieved good heights in a particular vertical. I really don't know any dis-likeness. One minor point. Time taken for Travelling from Res. to Office & back to residence.

I was taught to look after the Redevelopment project. I tried my best but the subject is very difficult. There are so many aspects one has to keep in mind & every now & than Govt. keeps changing policies to suit themselves.This sub. is required for India.
