...he staff has been given opportunity to work & climb the promotional ladder fast. Salary is at par with the market standards. Appraisal system is very fair & square. Travelling all around the country for the most of the B.D. staff provided as it is very important part. Work environment for the staff is good. Company has lot of internal "R & D" & innovative ideas right from Top bosses to junior staff.work

Dislikes

Job Security depends on market situation & no one can help including Hiranandani Group. Govt. changes the rules & regulations only to suit them & extract the builders left, right & center. If this approach continues by govt. than building industry will die & along with many other ancillary industries will also parish. Work- Life experience was best but I feel sport activities were still low.

Nothing to like... only big brand taking advantage of common candidates.

Their selection process is pathetic and HR head is over smart who will necessary ask personal question and judge you. Not worth joining.

The company is open minded & innovative. I love the very fact that I was the part of team which achieved good heights in a particular vertical. I visited the different Government offices during my stay with them.I got the chance to look into the human psychology and learnt how people can think in to so many different directions & how to be ready to counter most of the possible business problems. I would love to work again if i am given a chance.

I really don't know any dis-likeness. One minor point. Time taken for Travelling from Res. to Office & back to residence.
