Working in HIRA POWER & STEELS LTD. is very beneficial for carrier growth. lots of thing have been learned by plant culture, by senior , by staff and by company situation. At the covid -19 lockdown company has provided pass for up and down from home, face guard , sanitizer, nose mask etc. also been provided for safe working . manypeople have lockdown in home but company has provided him salary when they will not came in plant....Read More

main disadvantage is salary that has been given to us, is very less. other group (ex. bajrang, sarda, necco) have high salary structure . need to work on it seriously.

At present my work is monitor the every area of power plant for excellent power production.encourage to every staff for their carriergrowth and learning various things of power plant.handling every situation and various breakdown for plant smooth running

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)
