Such a pathetic experience, you won't be able to gain anything from here. The founder kriti and the HR are aunties sitting in the colony making perspective and false stories around employees to create Unnecessary pressure and demean people. If you want your self esteem should come to an end please join them. I would not recommend an yone to come and join them not even as a intern<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Pathetic culture and creep management they would also not give your salary giving irrelevant reasons</mark>. Please be safe from these scammers....Read More

1- Micromanagement at extreme level, developers has too work for long working hours and also on weekends. CEO puts the nose in each tasks and fires employees afger some time if employee don’t give time on weekends killing there personal times for the company. 2- Worst environment and culture is followed by the company, HR is a puppet for the CEO and has no hold over the management 3- If you want to make the life hell then please join the company. 4- Even the internal teams post fake reviews and do manipulations on the job portals like naukri, glassdoor etc.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">., over the reviews by themselves to increase the review ratings 5- In this company there will be no learning curve and least knowledge 6- No proper training and development policies to the joinees everything need to be figured out by the employees and if not done then listen to scoldings 7- Lacs professionalism and low compensation too, delays in salaries are usual here in the company 8- Worst environment and culture followed </mark>...Read More

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
