Overall its out of 10 its 6. Basically company culture is good lot to learn but in terms of repo in market company loosing its share and coverage day by day focusing on big/giant dealers is need to stop asap, coz they are the only blockers of growth, Big dealers are taking huge discounts in terms of fake project and suppy it to small dealers in going to kill the presence of brand in interior market or say B & C grade town, this should stop as respect from Rm level in pressure and to complete targets in not the aim only need to think of degrowing territory as well. Overall senior manager may have to respect the juniors and also help them to learn and also appreciate in terms of small achievements too. The senior is called to be senior as because of its junior first they have to respect make them learn and also increase the way of path to them toxicness in environment may have to reduce and also make the stability of junior employees which may also rise the growth as well. Retention rate of employees may also very important its shows the trust of brand in market. Seniors need to also be in the market only sitting at home and asking for targets is not the job one should be in the market to see the actual ground level problems of market....Read More
