I joined this company on 25th Dec, 2023, with great team. From last month after merger started there is an New HOD appointed. Mr. Vikas Gupta. I don't even see this type of worst person my life who use abusive language to his employees in front of their Senior and Junior. Also irritate his employees to give him inappropriate task and use the languauge like (Sale nahi kar payega to uda dunga, Bhaga dunga tujhe etc.). Even he used abusive language to my senior in front of junior. Our team member had done work hard in their area to grab the worst situation to smooth situation, but after he mad guys (Mr. Vikas Gupta) came, team was demoralized and left the company within a month. Company should re-consider his decision to appoint this type of person in the authority level, who can't even motivate their team....Read More
