I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No transparency in assessment. They prefer only those who knows flattering. No space for your honesty and work, only politics. No skill development, no training, learn on your basis which will take your years in return give u very poor salary. Worst company and poor working conditions with low safety standards. I'll never prefer any one to go there. If u want then go on your own risk.
