there is no fixation date for every month salary. All employees strugle regards every monh for salary Yearly increments are not given for both workmen and employees There is no medical security for who working in the Organisation

No transparency in assessment. They prefer only those who knows flattering. No space for your honesty and work, only politics. No skill development, no training, learn on your basis which will take your years in return give u very poor salary. Worst company and poor working conditions with low safety standards. I'll never prefer any one to go there. If u want then go on your own risk.
