Owners are not leaders. They never appreciate the hard work of employees & supports yes boss people, thief's only. They are not transperant in any activities. Offer letter won't describe your emoluments fully & they used to say all benefits are as per policy. Once you joined, no policy at all. They used to tell that this benefit was not confirmed during interview stage etc. I recommend not to join this company because it is cheating every one including their share holders. All banks except SBI, withdraw their support financially....Read More

I have to check quality of glass bottle with open eyes,without any protection.... In monthly meeting we talked about how to better quality but manager only focus on production... They don't want to hear about the problem of checking the bottle....

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
