Work culture is more aggressive to get the maximum in all terms.Now a days company is focusing on training and skill development. Work pressure is very high and its tough to balance the life.

Dislikes

Extreme pressure to reach the targets and company is not providing the same benefits across all units.

I am Geology Head of Mochia Mine and looking after geological activities in the mine. I have learned a lot about mine Geology and Exploration in this company and worked with very pioneer and great geologists.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
