Company is concerned only for Cost of Production and Production figures. For achieving it, company won't mind investing in technologies, systems. Quarters are provided with minimum rentals, though maintenance is horrible. Nothing else to like.

If anybody is bored of his peaceful life and want tension and stress, he or she should join this company. It has that horrible work culture which anybody can just imagine. A typical Lala company where a lateral or fresher can be asked in just 6 month to resign. Even though company is making one of the highest profits and production, even in the Covid situation, it has laid off many employees including GETs who joined just last year and some laterals who joined less than 12 months ago. Every year it lay off around 10 percent of the employees just to reduce it's Costs. Worst job security. Company care least about the employees. There is no Work life balance. Meetings are held on Sundays also. It is only concerned about production and profit. Numerous meetings are done over a typical day; no time would be given to work, and at the end you would be asked for output. There is no concrete policy. No body would provide any guidance or training. Even a new joinee is not given any training and within 2-3 months, performance and result would be asked of him. Only output and result is what the company cares about. The top Management including the Functional heads are incredibly ruthless people, particularly the HR Head.Employees are treated like liability for the company, though company invests a lot for PR agencies in an attempt to hide the inside truth to remain hidden.
Even it's CSR is centered around the intention that no villagers or community should create any problem for the company production, though the polluted water has rendered much of the agricultural land unusable.
Even if a person has no job in hand, one should avoid joining this company, if he or she cares even a bit about mental peace and self respect....Read More
