This is one of the growing healthcare organization in which my learning experience was pretty good. I learnt many new things from my colleagues here. Everyone was approachable, helpful and supportive here.

Dislikes

In this organization what I didn't liked is the higher attrition rates in all departments, salary issues were also there, job insecurity is on higher rate.

1. Poor working culture 2. Nothing is documented, not even a single email. 3. Appraisals are promised but not given on time. 4. Won't let you leave the company easily, won't provide a relieving letter, the payment will get struck as well. 5. Will move you one department to another department without asking, without documenting it, w ithout any increase in pay. 6. You will be said to have 2 paid leaves every month however you need to struggle first to take approval of actually using them. 7. I had to face serious mental trauma after working in this company. Senior management sucks. No personal growth Bullying and politics no job security Employees are not valued no matter how hard you work, you may be asked to leave immediately if one day goes bad.

Salary curtailment without availing leaves just for no reason...Emergency leaves if availed Salary deducted twice the no. of days one has taken leave. If by chance one reaches late so to say 15 to 20 mins Salary deduction for 1 day...And even if one has taken permission in advance still Salary will not be credited on due date it will come 10 days after..Working culture is the same what is in so called Startups *pathetic ***.Feedback taken by HR just to showoff no action..If any issue including Salary is discussed reply is you need to talk with Manager but FYI all in vain.It is said if Manager is strong he or she can handle but Manager here is only face no power no say no nothing of that sort..No HR policies......Full and final authority is ......and upto that level is very difficult...faced this issue many a times..Once or twice if it happens one can still tolerate although it's a Hard earned money but what if it is culture or routine.......Read More
