Had recently shifted to HO Mumbai, and realised Unilever is a great place to work with and will love to continue with it. But having 2plus years of exp in factory as a fresher, I think lot has to be done. For a student who directly come from college...its a too overwhelming exp....pushing directly to the role without giving much time for adjustment makes an individual often frustrated. While all the trainee program has very good predefined structure but sadly it is not followed very much into factories....atleast not for Executive Programmes. Since, I like this organisation and its a great company to work with, I realy want this to be changed. Proud to be part of Unilever....Read More
