Work life not balanced. as per asm's tso should complete his target at any cost even the cost of integrity. Non-GTM (RD) is disaster due to mal practices. Asm threatening that you will be terminated if you not complete targets & His wpg. Sometimes on mandatory fastival holiday asm threatening that he will make sure you can't go home& if you don't obey him he will terminate you from the company. Bureaucratic. Cannot grow here without viability at Director level. Managers have tendency to push work down and just follow up. 360 degree performance review with multiple stakeholders to be introduced instead of dependency on single manager to define your growth and success. Need more dynamic managers/ leaders who prioritize company growth beyond their growth and visibility.
