While your peers in other companies will grow and get promoted once or even twice and start earning double of what you do, you will sit on hikes of 3000-5000 annually. They don’t promote you until 5 years despite exceptional performance. Growth opportunities are limited and the company is full of underperforming mediocre employees who are full of politics.
