Work life not balanced. as per asm's tso should complete his target at any cost even the cost of integrity. Non-GTM (RD) is disaster due to mal practices. Asm threatening that you will be terminated if you not complete targets & His wpg. Sometimes on mandatory fastival holiday asm threatening that he will make sure you can't go home& if you don't obey him he will terminate you from the company.
