1. Option for working remotely 2. Salary could be above industry standards if negotiated well during recruitment 3. Social security and insurance benefits 4. Various reimbursements available over and above CTC 5. Five-day work week with roster-based flexible shifts

1. Very less scope to grow 2. Inequitable work pressure 3. Senior leadership is barely available for conflict resolution or during team crisis. Not transparent with teams. 4. Editorial managers are highly incompetent, lacks news judgement and are incapable of making content value addition calls 5. Severe attrition rate -- at least 15 people, including senior editorial recruits, have left the news team in a span of 10 months that I have worked at HT. In comparison, only 3-4 juniors or freshers were hired. This is case with other teams too -- lifestyle, sports, tech, business and multimedia 6. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
