It was a great experience of working at HPCL, There are alot of thing to learn,many task which is given by your supervisor will definitely enhance some skill, Every ones friendly nature also help in easy communication with everyone. Everyone are always behind to support in every task ,and help to develop different skills.

Dislikes

HPCL gives opportunity to work as Graduate Apprentice Trainee in there organisation,which is great step for your career,but after completion of 1 year Apprentice Trainee you will have to go in search of another job , because HPCL not take their Trainee as there permanent employee after giving training, that's a major drawback.

Although company is in public sector but mentality is very personal. But some officer are excellent in his job.

One office teach others to use their nest one . Most of them don't like their job but hopeful for pramotion. In brief A dark government company culture.

It was a training program & I worked their to learn but their is no training program. We used & kicked out by very umprofessional way. Even ,training certificate is faulty & they refused for correction.
