Groupism, Very high level of politics everywhere in work, delayed promotion, discrimination, mental torture, harassment. Hardworkers and meritous people are harassed. Those who are masters of politics they get promoted very fast and make life hell for you. Lots of unwritten rules and red tapesism. There is huge stay back after office hours. If you are given a good job role and you are a hard and smart worker, you will be recognized but that doesn't guarantee you being in top managerial role.

No approachability to upper management. HR doesn't listen to genuine concerns, Unless employees are told that HR can only show sympathy and do nothing for you unless someone is dying (not even considered then) . Work culture for women is really bad at some locations. Women who cannot travel for 4 hours a day should be relocated to amore comfortable office location. This goes infact for everyone.
