Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. If you are given a good job role and you are a hard and smart worker, you will be recognized but that doesn't guarantee you being in top managerial role.

HR doesn't listen to genuine concerns, Unless employees are told that HR can only show sympathy and do nothing for you unless someone is dying (not even considered then) . Work culture for women is really bad at some locations. Women who cannot travel for 4 hours a day should be relocated to amore comfortable office location. This goes infact for everyone.
