Company job is excellent, work is too good for me. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

managing director is not good, he lock the company.

Hindustan news print limited is a government of india enterprises. It is leading company of production of news print as well as writing printing paper.

Dislikes

Since Hindustan news print limited is a government of india enterprises so there is too much involvement of union people. We can not take decision freedomly.

Working as a shift in charge, associated in smooth operation of 3 nos, 60TPH , AFBC boiler , 2 now of Steam generated turbine of capacity 15 mw and 7 mw respectively. Making daily reports, log books arc , allocation of men power etc.

Was very nice experience till January 2019 when production stopped for shortage of working capital and continued loss. Tried my level best for continuing in the company...had to leave for better opportunity and continued salary...

It was a great opportunity for working on Hindustan newsprint Limited as apprentice trainee. On this apprenticeship training period I got training in mechanical maintenance of paper machine, Wrapping machine, Winder, Salvage winder, Core making machine with other accessories like Pumps,Valves, gear boxes, Air Compressor, Air motor and EOT Cranes. Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the independence of paper mission and other pumps walls Salvage wind rollers and other eot craines.
