Head of Accounts payable department is harassing the staff. Unnecessarily asked to wait after finish office hours. Never gives appreciation. Always tried to found mistakes in the work. Created situation to resign from my job. HR department is also not supportive.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
