I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. HCC have internal canteen system well setuped. I came to end of the project so I am not fully aware of the project standard. There are junior engineer and survey teams are working hard to make progress.

Dislikes

Each company have to provide the skill development for their employee time to time for there future. Many engineer and survey engineer lacking inadequate development and direction. I believe management will look for right skill development.
