One of the oldest Construction Company in India with many firsts to its credit and marvels in Indian infrastructure. HCC is a brand in itself. Promoters are good. HCC is totally a process oriented organisations with all systems in place. Because of this onboarding is very efficient and one gets into system quickly. With 5 days a week working, work life balance is excellent.

Due to financial constraints, organisation's growth is blocked and in turn there is no growth potential for the employees. With departure of many experienced officers by virtue of retirement or change in their job, learning for youngsters is a challenge.
