No policy follow by HCCB. If someone do not know the machine then he/she promoted for the Team Leader Position. Also there is many gap in the system, who say yes to yes in the manager talk he/she will promoted quickly and who says right thing he/she struggling at his/her same position. Also if many employee are at same position but there is the partiality for them.

Nothing to like about this company, management and HR are fake, manipulative. for selling their 40% stake to Jubilant and after that also they made people leave without proper justification. They won't be able to profit if keep loosing people.

Hate everything. They literally pleaded for making me and many others like me to join their company at any cost by giving joining bonus, assurances of huge year end bonus and what not. This made me and many others relocate but soon they started firing people left and right and started making all this performance and ethics and compliance issue to save its money . Many senior experiences resources were asked to leave on the spot without proper assistance and support. This company will be cursed and will be shut down soon....Read More
