I joined HAL as a trainee during my graduation and it was terrible. Except Entry and exit time management i like nothing at all...

It was filled with unsophisticated workforce. Everyone entres on time but do gossip in canteen...... when we went one factory to another we did not find a single employee in their respective tables to explain the working of instrument............infact we found them in a round table meeting doing useless discussion....... We even met a person who told how they are working their for generations by referring one another....Read More
