Good environment for learn about many types of technical equipment. And there management is good.

Dislikes

There are main problem to HAL and all PSU is contract for private companies. Officers are register to any private company and call for job trainee student for 8 to 10 thousands sallery. There is a lot of currepuct officers like AGM DGM so many officers. And carrier growth is nil. If any tranees are come to work in HAL so officers are not allowed to any tranees.

The work life of HAL is so interesting but there are so many problems like all instruments are not good conditions.
