They do not have any inhouse project, if you want to work go for client location as a external that too only few clients. If not then bench is the only option. If you will be on bench for long term in year then no hike, they gave rating 2 with no change in ctc. Graduate engineer trainee are on bench from more then a year. No scope for trainee as client also wants experience candidate....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
