Everything. Manager reach out to your parents and talk to them; they have zero organizational ethics or manners. A certain Head HR didn't know the difference between professionalism and unprofessionalism. My manager pushed me to quit, not to forget the tortures I received; when I told I came down with Jaundice, they became an imposter, demanded to come to my place and check if I am lying. When my manager kept torturing me by asking me to work during my sick leave, and when I demanded an explanation, with all due respect, she ran to the Head HR's cabin to cry and the HR called me unprofessional, but when I told him I have conversation exchanges in the form of messages and mails, he said it was "caring for me". Work Details

People there expect you to dance to their whims and fancies even if they lack subject expertise. E.g. when there is a meeting on AI, ML, etc., People are more concerned about the font size and the presentation rather than the content that goes into it.
