The only thing that probably anyone would like abt hgs would be the fun of training and bay watching ! Otherwise sick!

Dislikes

The upper management thinks they are sons and daughters of god himself . So that's abt it overall its sick and boring

Very much hectic and as much boring . Make you think about the purpose of living a life . To sum it up it's depressing as hell!

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
