Helo , i am working at hindalco Renukoot location . Its a good company and big brand. Work life balance is awesome there is not much pressure in job. In covid 19 ..i am less satisfied with the company as they have freezed the increaments for one year and also not paid the variables of this year and they are saying that we are not taking your job ..so you can compare this .

Work culture is good. Leave policies are also nice. Township facilities and family life can be managed nicely alongside your work. As, Hindalco metal business is going through a ideology transition, a new comer at this point of time will get benefits. Very high discrimination between GET i.e. recruits from NIT's and lateral joiners. With in few years a 3 year younger GET will easily surpass you, your position and CTC, if you join the group alongside with them.
