The school is beautiful with lot of trees and big field. We have to go 2-3 days to school only in a week due to covid situation.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There are lot of reasons. No bonus in a year. No growth of career. Worst work culture. No one can work here as a teacher with dignity. Lot of politics.

Hindmotor High School is the best school in Hooghly district. Work environment is excellent. Moreover Teacher student relationship is very nice, so that any student can share their problems. I love my school.

The school timing is very good especially for married women. The school begins from 11:45am and gets over at 5:00pm. So it becomes very easy to balance work life and family life simultaneously
