Job Security is Good, Work Culture is like a supportive family, I would never forget the warm support by my ASM & BDM, all staff at HeadQuarters,and Top Management. My Coordinator was a like supportive senior who helped understand basic stuff, my ASM & BDM good mentors throughout my association with company. Some of them still wish me on festivals. one of the growing company in India. got to learn only Sap tool.

Here people are working from more than 20-25 years. to old school type of work culture. in the era of storage, they still prefer printing papers and storing it. worked in export department,some people were good and most were worst. you need to sign a bond before joining the office and they might harass you at the end when u try to leave before bond ends
