The work culture is terrible, no skills development or growth here. The management is very bad doesn't provide proper drinking water, no hygeine, terribly washroom and frequent change in policies with no employees benefits. The products are also very cheap & bad quality. They were hire you for one role and gives you multiple positions to handle, switches your job profile according to their need and fire you as per their wish. The company is not for employees benefits, no skills, no appraisal & no ethics. I do not recommend to join anyone....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
