The work culture is below average

Dislikes

There is no job security. The salary of the professionals are continuously deducted or not paid . The staffs are continuously put on hold.

Only we take leave whenever needed Apart from leave everything is worst there.

Dislikes

Nothing is good there for assistant professor even they are not able to pay salry.If any one want to leave the college they will not pay the due salry.

Very farm away from the main city

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
