360 degree development.The company has sound Performance appraisal system,LAKSHYA.Training is a continuous process.I never saw any body dismissed from job other than Indiscipline,so JOb security is big thumbs up.A deserving candidate is mapped with a Career Mapping,Shresta,and his given opportunity as and when it arises.Company is liberal with office timing,to some extent.
