The school infrastructure is good, the managements are good and very supportive, working environment is good and all staff are good. School providing good facilities to staff i.e. fully furnished accommodation, free food, free child education etc. the school paid us during lockdown without any deduction.

Nothing to dislike.

They are supporting us by feeding us and paying us without any cuts during the lockdown. All the faculty is extremely supportive during these difficult times and we are developing our personal interests as well during the lockdown with the help of language and music classes

Dislikes

Sometimes I feel that we are not located in the main city for access to mall but there is an advantage as well because the kids are provided an eco freindly environment

Little good environment if at all. Teammates are supporting but, the management is not transparent. Salary is average and no job security at all. They tried to tide over the Covid19 crisis by firing a large number of their teaching staff just before the lockdown.

Not space for independent teaching practice. No job security .

I joined Him International School as PRT. The school is located in beautiful city Itanagar. School provides free accommodation, meals with students and free education for teacher's ward. Salary is good.

Teachers are supported in the education of their children. Working in Arunachal feels good because of the pleasant weather. However, there are no holidays except for vacations. Teachers are often required to take extra classes, even on holidays and Sundays. Additionally, they must conduct prep classes three times a week. Detailed lesson plans are also expected to be written.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Teachers are forced to leave without being given any notice period. Students are from wealthy families they don't know culture and they don't respect their teachers.

An amazing institution to work with. You will be supported by head at all phases if working honestly. Will get your salary on time. Fully furnished accommodation will be provided. I left because of some personal constraints. Would like to work in future.

It is a very professional place to work at as this is cooperative place. Along with the natural setting of this school, the benefits are good enough to compensate for the fact that it is far. Training of teachers is done under the Principal's able guidance and there is so much to learn with a very happening environment of the school.

Dislikes

That it is too far but with the new airport, connectivity is better.
