Good place to work and mostly it depends on management of any franchise hotel and this Hilton shillim management is not up to mark and learning standard does not match to the level of Hilton standard.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

It's management and not a good place for a one who wants to learn.esp Hilton shillim

Nothing great as being at reservation department works on processing reservation following rates of different travel agent

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
