They will hire you, make you work like anything give you unreasonable deadlines and targets, will put you on PIP in just one month of joining and then will force you to resign with their dirty politics. The company is run by a man with no ethics, with hia wife and one best friend as a senior manager who doesn't let anybody else settle in the system. They are not professional at all. The manager don't cares about your feedback and also anyone can do anything. Was a very terribly experience. They also ask their employees to work beyond their work hours without taking a consent from them. Especially they themselves don't follow the norms of the organization and they do whatever they want.Hope they will understand employee pov and work on it
