In my department Dispatch and sales working hrs is more 12+ Hrs. But you gain more knowledge about system ERP Oracle, billing process, E-way bill, E-invoicing, Opreation, Logistics etc.

Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive & the management is transparent. There is a huge Cretaria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary structures are inconsistent, failing to align with employees' designations and experience levels. Leadership at the plant level is marked by inefficiency, poor decision-making, and ineffective time management. Employees are frequently required to stay beyond standard working hours without justifiable reasons. HODs lack technical expertise and often shift the blame for their shortcomings onto their subordinates. Morning meetings are used as a platform for harassment and disrespect toward employees rather than constructive discussions.
