Apart from some 10-20 thousand more in salary this company has absolutely NOTHING good.. You will REGRET FOREVER IN YOUR LIFE if you join this company. Worst CEO and FOUNDER ever. Thinks of himself as OMNIPOTENT. He doesn't come and address anyone in real even if he is sitting literally in the next room. Absolutely filthy place.

In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Previoisly HighRadius used to be a great place to work at. The work culture and work-life balance was very good.
