Company prefers tier 1 college degrees over decades of experience. There are fresh graduates from IIMs and XLRIs who are structurally positioned higher to micromanage people much more experienced than themselves. There is zero jib security and people can get fired like in startups. The HRBP and Talent Acquisition depts are an eyewash, and high levels of mismanagement. I would never recommend this organization even though they have a fancy office space in Raheja Mindspace and splurge exorbitantly in employee engagement. Company culture is great, although difficult for those who want to strike work life balance, there is reward for the hardwork and cultivates a culture of growth and improvement

Missing the streamlining and automation of some processes that a big corporate has, but they are getting there slowly
