There is nothing to like apart from the occasional parties they throw to attract young college students.

Everything. If you will join this organisation you will learn how to manage office politics and buttering only. Recently they have asked their Strategy and Operations team to write down a documents called Opera in their org, to their CEO on why do you deserve to be in HighRadius. Pitiful place.

There is a noticeable difference in management styles between the USA and India. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals.
