Belongs to the SAAS|Fintech space which is growing industry and provides a good start towards a successful career.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Initially on joining the learning curve is steep but flattens out because the company focuses on short term results than long term learnings and stabilisation of product. No work life balance. It is difficult to not feel burntout very often because of added responsibilities on top of JD and no recognition or compensation for the same. Once you put in papers, everyone becomes void of all professionalism. Retention efforts are more manipulative than constructive offers....Read More
