There are a lot of dislikes. 1. People here are made to work for more than 12 hours and in case we complain about it no action will be taken. 2. Biased ratings or appraisal from managers. There is a culture of booze and smoking here where in you need to be like a slave to your manager and then only he/she will appreciate you. 3. company culture is pathetic. 80% of crowd is comprised of final year B.Tech students from KIIT and SRM. The senior leadership is made of these guys only, who joined 4-5 years ago as interns. The lateral hires are treated badly. No job security - you can get fired anyday. They conduct s tupid quizzes and based on quiz score you can be fired. If your average work hour is less than 10 hours in any month during a calendar year, you will be fired. The company's CEO is founder also and does not get ground level report of what's happening. The products are waste. clients are not hapoy, but the company's focus is on making people come and sit for 10 hours in office. They ask the interns to give 5 star rating on glassdoor, ambition box and share posts on linkedIn, failing which job can be terminated....Read More

You get to learn a lot of new skills very quickly. You are provided with big responsibilities early which helps in overall grooming a professional. Job security and promotions is quite like government offices. Appraisals are more of time bound.

The first thing to point out is the tremendous work hours in the consulting department which varies anywhere between 12 to 15 hours a day. The job security is high because Highradius has a very low retention rate of employees due to the extremely poor work life balance. Appraisals are m ore time based than merit based which is not expected from a private organization. Though the compensation they provide may seem to be above average but it its charm due to the insane work hours. So for a summary this company will look lucrative and people may be enthusiastic to work here but the enthusiasm dies out few months into the job due to the immense work pressure.
