There are a lot of dislikes. 1. People here are made to work for more than 12 hours and in case we complain about it no action will be taken. 2. Biased ratings or appraisal from managers. There is a culture of booze and smoking here where in you need to be like a slave to your manager and then only he/she will appreciate you. 3. No transparency on internal things happening. 4. Lot of work that doesn't provide work life balance. No proper org structure. Lead Management is not that skilled to be able to manage the projects and don't have good leadership skills. Not a good company to join if you have some experience. 100% work form office. WFH flexibility is not available. It depends on how you butter the manager. Partiality prevails a lot.People who can butter the seniors get the most priority.Work life doesnt exists at all. In the name of high performance they lay off people even who has worked hard whereas in front of your eyes their are people who doesnt work hard and is just chilling around gets no warning. Seniors and Juniors relationship is also weird to be honest.

It is a great place to learn things starting from subject knowledge to corporate culture. The leadership and managers are very approachable which makes the learning and exposure spectrum of a new joinee or somebody of relatively lower rank very wide and open.

There is nothing much to like but the office is quite good and infrastructure is also very well maintained there

Dislikes

Their selection process is a huge disaster. They are linked with some of the big colleges (e.g. KIIT Bhubaneswar). And they select only their students for the internships and then later convert them to the PPO but the selection process is a whole mess. They will take the interview which is just a formality and pick the student randomly because of a larger number of applicants from the university itself. So if a student had done all the assignments on time there are no chances of his /her being selected for the internship because they will select them just randomly. So it all depends on your luck at that stage. That is the story. Also, the PPO after the internship is not given to 70 percent of the students. They fire and hire as and when needed. Really not employee centric. No work life balance, sometimes the policies feel like they are designed to make employee lives hard.

Dislikes

Not one employee centric policy, the leadership team is so out of touch about what happens on the floor. They also gather interns and make them write good reviews for the company.
