- work life balance : you are expected to work like a brainless zombie - company policies : doesn't make any sense . Makes you feel like you're either in kindergarten or a prison - evaluation criteria : like schools you are expected to score good in quizzes post trainings and write meeting summaries as your basic evaluation criteria . Your standard of work , no matter how great you are will not be considered at all , but if you do poorly in your job but write a good meeting summary , you are a great employee apparently. Food : Serves you hostel mess quality food in the cafeteria . Dinner timings are such that you won't even be able to have your dinner because of call timings Leadership is unaware of what the managers of the internal teams are doing and really good employees are suffering due to unfair discrimination and favouritism. The company does not even have a learning and development team to conduct trainings and a lot of new joiners find themselves scrambling for learning the products and are then laid off if they cannot learn fast . Founder led culture. Founder is God. His word is Gospel. He holds 3 calls a week and everything runs around those 3 calls. No one cares about customers ever. Founder mutra everyone needs to sip. Roles are not clear, anybody can be made to do anything. No control on number of hours or number of days in a week.

1. A lot of corporate politics. You can survive here only if you drink or party or you can pour drinks to your manager. Nobody here has been promoted based solely on their performance, they have been promoted based on the parties you do with your bosses and the rapport you have with them. 2. Especially, this company is not safe for female employees. They are expected to party well with their bosses and move closely with them if not then there is no growth for you and they will start targeting you in your work. 3. This company would be definitely a waste of time for laterals as they would not learn anything including consulting knowledge. 4. There is no growth at all or learning. They harass employees by conducting trainings, quizzes, hackathons and wfh was not given to everyone again it was based on the party rapport you have with your boss. There is a lot of firing going on based on the quiz scores, rapport you have and not based on the work you have delivered. 5. They will target specific employees and make their life hell. Even the segment leaders here are not fair along with the CEO. Definitely a workplace to be avoided in case you are looking for peace of mind or career growth....Read More

Absolutely toxic culture, laterals get the heat of it most as they mould the remaining staff like that from beginning who have started with them as interns and turned to full time employee and thereon jumped ladders. They have stringent policies around 5 days a week and 9 hours to be logged after this u r expected to attend client meetings which might go beyond 12 in night. Micro management is instilled in everyone and you will feels eye on u through out. Its a worst place to be for laterals .. if you think you can learn a new product and continue mind you the exception is that u grasp everything within a month and be onboard. There are a lot of dislikes. 1. People here are made to work for more than 12 hours and in case we complain about it no action will be taken. 2. Biased ratings or appraisal from managers. There is a culture of booze and smoking here where in you need to be like a slave to your manager and then only he/she will appreciate you. 3. No transparency on internal things happening. 4. Lot of work that doesn't provide work life balance. No proper org structure. Lead Management is not that skilled to be able to manage the projects and don't have good leadership skills. Not a good company to join if you have some experience. 100% work form office. WFH flexibility is not available. It depends on how you butter the manager. Partiality prevails a lot.People who can butter the seniors get the most priority.Work life doesnt exists at all. In the name of high performance they lay off people even who has worked hard whereas in front of your eyes their are people who doesnt work hard and is just chilling around gets no warning. Seniors and Juniors relationship is also weird to be honest.
