Dislikes

They ask employees to post fake reviews. Pathetic work culture. They bully their employees. No job security, will ask you leave anytime without any reason. Work Politics at its peak. They ask employees to work even on weekends and create mental pressure to them as well.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Only like is it's work from home and salary on time.

Dislikes

There's no job security and they will fired you anytime without any notice period. Some senior engineer are there and all company depends on them they will provide negative feedback if you are telling them to change their code or anything else. Very bad experience. Don't waste your valuable time here.
